Plain-English terms covering who operates mikefraser.me, how you may use it, and how fractional CTO engagements are governed.
1. Who we are
This site (mikefraser.me) is operated by Horizon Workflow Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 15898019), whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We refer to ourselves as "we", "us", or "mikefraser.me" in these terms. We refer to you, the visitor, as "you".
Mike Fraser is the founder and sole shareholder of Horizon Workflow Limited and provides the fractional CTO services described on this site.
2. What this site is
mikefraser.me is the service and content site for Mike Fraser's fractional CTO practice. It describes the services offered, carries published writing, and lets you request a fit call. It is not a shop: nothing is sold or paid for on this site.
Digital toolkits are sold separately at boardreadyit.com, which is operated by Horizon Workflow Limited trading as Board Ready IT and has its own terms, privacy policy and refund policy. Those terms govern any toolkit purchase, not this page.
3. Using the content on this site
The articles, writing, and other content on this site are provided for general information. They are not professional, legal, financial, or technology advice for your specific situation, and you should not rely on them as a substitute for tailored advice. You may read, link to, and quote the content with attribution; you may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.
4. Fractional CTO and advisory engagements
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting the contact or fit-call form does not create a contract. Any fractional CTO, interim, or advisory engagement is governed by a separate written contract agreed between you and Horizon Workflow Limited, which sets out scope, fees, term, and cancellation. Where that contract and this page differ, the contract prevails for the engagement.
5. Intellectual property
All content of this site, including copy, design, methodology and the underlying frameworks, is the intellectual property of Horizon Workflow Limited unless stated otherwise.
6. Accuracy and no warranties
We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and current. Benchmarks, regulatory references and other facts date over time. The site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption or free of error.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Liability arising under a signed engagement contract is governed by that contract.

This site links to other sites we operate, including boardreadyit.com, and to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites. Following an external link is at your own discretion.
9. Privacy and data
How we handle personal data is set out at mikefraser.me/privacy. The privacy policy forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL.
11. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the law of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
