Transaction experience
Eight transactions, worked from inside the business.
On every deal below I was the technology executive in the business, not an outside adviser brought in for the diligence. Between them they are why technology integration, separation and diligence are familiar territory rather than an occasional brief.
Transactions are publicly announced or anonymised. Each role is the executive position I held at the time. Figures are the announced transaction value, shown where publicly disclosed, and are not a fee.

My transaction experience began with the systems integration work behind the Glaxo Wellcome–SmithKline Beecham merger in 2000, as an analyst programmer. Every deal since, I’ve worked from inside the business, from functional technology lead to executive board member.
