REFUND POLICY
30 days, no questions asked.
If a toolkit is not what you expected, email me within 30 days of purchase and I will refund you in full. No forms, no justification, no follow-up.
The window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of your purchase to request a refund. The refund is unconditional within that window: you do not have to give a reason, and using the toolkit does not invalidate the refund.
How to request a refund
Email hello@mikefraser.me with the subject line "Refund request" and include your order ID (it is in the receipt email you received at the time of purchase). I will acknowledge the request within one working day and pass it to Paddle for processing.
How long it takes
Paddle is the merchant of record for every purchase and processes the refund back to the payment method you used. The refund typically appears on your card or bank statement within 5 to 10 business days. Card refund timing is set by your card issuer, not by Paddle or by me.
Statutory rights
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, digital content that is downloaded immediately with your express consent does not carry the standard 14-day statutory cancellation right. The 30-day no-questions policy above is a voluntary commitment that is more generous than the statutory position.
Your statutory rights regarding faulty goods (under the Consumer Rights Act 2015) are unaffected. If a toolkit file is corrupt, will not open, or differs materially from what is described on the product page, contact me and I will replace it or refund you, regardless of the 30-day window.
Toolkit licence after a refund
Once a refund is issued, the licence to use the toolkit is withdrawn. You agree to delete any copies of the toolkit files in your possession and to stop using the materials.
